Prettyupins is based in Los Angeles, California. We ship both domestically and internationally. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 it is not possible to ship to all countries, as of now. Shipping times can be longer due to the same issue, so please be patient. Because of the new packaging law, I am unable to ship to Germany, as of now, but hopefully will be able to in the future.
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. Prettyupins makes every effort to fullfill orders as quickly as possible. You will receive a tracking number in your email once your item is ready for shipment so please as assure that your email and address are entered correctly at checkout.
Once the item has shipped, I do not hold any responibility for lost, stolen, or damaged mail.
International Buyers are responsible for any customs and import tax charges that may apply. This includes VAT or any other taxes. If you are from the UK/EU (or international in general) you may be contacted if there are additional fees needed to cover your shipment.
